So yesterday I was on tract with my exercise and not with my eating. Today, I'm on tract with my eating and my exercise is off. I am tired today and I'm resting, mostly because I just want to. I suppose I should have a "plan". I don't. I just want to change my lifestyle.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in and measuring.

I seem to have this problem as well. I try to eat healthy and exercise regular. Do you exercise alone or do you do like a group one? I do group ones like Zumba and other things! Hang in there you will get thru!!!
We all have these kind of days. Just start over today. lol
